Marsh Alliance has been Australia’s largest spring manufacturer for a number of years and has expanded to offer a wide range of other products. Many of our over 100 employees are long serving team members, some with up to 40 years of service making springs with us! That deep manufacturing knowledge is backed up by the latest state-of-the-art CNC equipment complementing old school methods. We supply custom made products to a range of industries including defence and to thousands of customers each year.

Our 7,000 sqm production facility houses over 300 specialised machines and produces over 120t of finished product every week.

Material
We source material from both Australia suppliers and stock a large range of raw material to cover most requirements. Our significant supplies of over 875 raw material varieties are available to meet our customers’ demands. Of course, there is always something we may not have but our dedicated supply team can source anything required including the most exotic wire and strip materials.

How We Work With You

•       In-house design team meets with you to develop your concept and test the results.
•       In-house tool room to design, manufacture and maintain complex press tools.
•       Jobbing team to manufacture low quantity parts to enable fast design to manufacture testing and proof   of concepts.
•       Marsh Alliance’s QA LAB-trained Quality team operating state of-the-art equipment to verify manufacturer parts to design.
•       Off machine test and inspection process available throughout the manufacture run.

Assembly and Packaging
Marsh routinely manufactures from laser cut sheet or machined components and can handle your assembly needs for more demanding components. We can also package in unbranded boxes for distribution by you. Just let us know your needs.

Flexibility
Depending on your requirement we can supply a small production run or prototyping to batches in the millions. Marsh is relied upon by some of Australia’s biggest names as an integral part of their supply chain.

We currently sell and ship Australia wide, New Zealand, Americas, Thailand, and Europe. We have representatives in QLD, NSW and VIC who service customers throughout our markets.
