BAC Systems manufactures heavy-duty storage and workshop furniture designed for the specific demands of the Australian Defence Force. The core of our range is built around BAC High-Density Drawers. Standard shelving often wastes vertical and horizontal space; our drawer systems reclaim that footprint by storing small-to-medium parts and tools in a compact, organized configuration. We provide modular industrial workbenches and technician's benches that can be configured to suit specific trade requirements. Optimised Workflow via Site Surveys
BAC offers a free site survey anywhere in Australia and NZ. We work directly with your team to assess available space, audit current workflows, and determine the exact inventory of tools and spares required for your specific mission. From this, we provide a tailored layout to ensure maximum productivity and equipment serviceability.

Aviation Tool Control and Security
For hangar and flightline environments, tool accountability is a safety requirement. Our Flightline Toolboards provide up to 7.4m² of tool storage behind clear, secure roller doors. This allows for an instant visual check of all assets (FOD prevention) while maintaining high security. The roller doors protect tools from the environment without obstructing the workspace when open.

From the Workshop to the Field
Defence logistics requires equipment to move seamlessly. Our Fly-away Kits and ISU Container Fitouts allow for the same high-density storage used on base to be integrated into shipping containers. This ensures that tools and spares remain protected and organised during transit and are immediately accessible once a unit is deployed.

Individual and Equipment Set Storage
We support the individual soldier and the Q-Store with specialized lockers. The Integrated Soldier Equipment Locker (ISEL) provides a single footprint for both personal items and DP1 kit. For broader inventory needs, our Integrated Secure-Visibility Storage (ISV) units offer a clear line of sight for managing Complete Equipment Sets (CES), making stocktakes faster and more accurate for quartermasters.
