Our specialisation in PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, and electronic systems design underpins our value to Defence and industry partners alike. Our facility houses two state-of-the-art SMT lines, 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-Ray inspection technology, flying probe testing, conformal coating, and vacuum vapor phase soldering. These capabilities allow us to deliver high-complexity, high-reliability assemblies—whether for prototype development, rapid design iterations, or scalable production of mission-ready electronic systems.

Recent contributions include:

• Manufacturing and assembly of Boeing Defence Australia’s Rapid Tactical Router (RAPTR) and Tactical Services Router (TSR) for the Currawong Battlefield Communications System, where our PCB manufacturing and assembly expertise delivers secure, ruggedised systems for deployed defence personnel.
• Collaborating with Rheinmetall to design and produce advanced PCB assemblies and sub-systems for next-generation Defence simulators.
• Supplying precision-manufactured PCB components for Thales, including integral electronics for small arms and module-level assemblies.
• Working alongside EMSolutions to design, manufacture, and assemble robust PCBs and electronic subsystems for maritime communication hardware.
