We proudly provide ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems certification to the Defence Sector and all Australian businesses. This standard is still new in the Australian market and we are pleased to be a part of one of the first certifications of this standard in Australia.

Since 2004, our services have expanded to capture more than purely auditing in the ISO and industry-specific standards. Throughout 2018, Certex has been growing offerings to include business assessments in key areas of weakness we observe in the market. These assessments relate to Cybersecurity, Privacy, Recruitment, Employment Checks, Labour Hire, Ethics, and more. They are a robust portfolio and check for your business to make sure you are compliant and observing your legal obligations. 

Our auditors conduct certifications against all the major standards, including ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management. In addition, we also support multiple industry-specific certification programs.

Certex is based in Melbourne and has auditors/assessors located around Australia and New Zealand. Certex was founded and continues to be managed by Dianne Gibert, MBA BComm AGIA ACIS AFAIM.

To achieve this, Certex specialises in selected industries where we have expert knowledge and skills, including the defence sector. We stay current with business and industry issues through our own internal research function, ongoing training of auditors, membership of key industry associations, and relationships with industry experts, such as Hunter Defence and Goal Group. All our auditors have many years of experience working in industry before we train them as auditors.
