ADT  builds on 30+ years of work in the field of power management and electronics, to provide electronics and electrical solutions for Australian defence applications.

We are  a high value add company, providing whole product life cycle capabilities – Engineering, Manufacturing and Through Life Support (TLS).

ADT supports the Australian defence market by:

     • Engineering and assembling bespoke solutions.
     • Teaming with the international OEMs, enabling sovereign capability, and providing local through life support

ADT has engineering and manufacturing facilities located at their head office in Asquith (Sydney), Taree (central NSW coast), Harvey Bay (Qld), Tullamarine (Vic) and Port Adelaide (SA).

The business of ART Group Consolidated has its foundation within the Railway Industry where the design and manufacture of electrical & electronic safety systems for rolling stock and rail infrastructure  has been undertaken for many years.

Operating in safety-critical and often hazardous environments has provided the company with a strong foundation of knowledge and engineering capability that is directly transferable to the defence sector through ADT.

Established in 2016, ADT was created to deliver specialised engineering and manufacturing solutions to the land and maritime defence sectors, leveraging the experience and proven capabilities developed in the rail industry.

Since its establishment, ADT has expanded its capabilities and strategic supplier network to support the defence aviation sector, providing a comprehensive range of solutions across all three defence domains.
