All design and engineering work is completed in-house, giving you faster feedback loops and full visibility at every step.

Our production floor is set up for precision work at realistic Australian volumes. CNC laser cutting, turret punch pressing, press brake folding, welding and full component assembly are all handled in-house by our skilled team.

Because we use programmatic manufacturing methods rather than hard tooling, revision changes are straightforward: a program update rather than a new tool, which means less cost and less delay when your product evolves.

Strict quality control runs across every stage of production, so the last piece off the line meets the same standard as the first.

We take pride in the attention to detail we apply to all our products. Our in-house finishing capabilities include powder coating, painting, UV printing direct to metal surfaces, and final assembly, so you receive a complete, production-ready component.
